• Fitment Responsibility: While we provide compatibility information (Vehicle Make, Model, Year), it is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the spare part fits their specific vehicle before purchasing. We highly recommend checking the OEM/Part number.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payment gateways. Orders will only be dispatched once payment or COD confirmation is verified.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location.

• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. JG Motors is not liable for any delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the spare part is unused, uninstalled, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

• Exceptions: Electrical components, sensors, and items sold under "Clearance" or "Special Offers" cannot be returned or refunded unless proven defective upon arrival.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent by us.

7. Warranty

• Warranties on spare parts (where applicable) are provided by the respective manufacturers or distributors.

• Warranty claims are subject to inspection and will be voided if the part has been improperly installed, modified, or damaged due to an accident or misuse.

Limitation of Liability JG Motors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to engine damage, accident, or injury, arising from the installation or use of any parts purchased from our store. All parts should be installed by a certified professional mechanic.
